I am an 650 hour certified Ayurvedic Health Consultant and 200 hour registered Yoga Teacher. I teach Yoga classes and Ayurvedic workshops in the community and will soon offer one-to-one Ayurvedic consulting for individuals. My approach is an open and easeful way of providing guidance towards intuitive practices that address imbalance in the body, mind and soul.

Ayurveda means “Knowledge of Life”. This workshop will introduce you to the foundational concepts of Ayurveda's ancient wisdom and their role in your lived experience. Perhaps you are seeking a way to live in more balance generally, or you routinely encounter symptoms of discomfort, both physically and mentally. Experiences of general imbalance or more specifically digestion, sleep, aches & pains, weight management, stress, anxiety, lethargy, and more are typically rooted in our day-to-day practices.
Ayurveda brings balance to imbalance and this Introduction to Ayurveda workshop will illustrate where your individual constitution combined with your food and lifestyle practices may be throwing you off balance. Ayurveda is a vast system of knowledge which is the basis for one of the world's oldest medical systems and remains one of India's traditional health care systems. Although vast, Ayurveda can be quite simple and provide insights to an individual to intuitively balance their body, mind, senses and soul.

Kerry is partnering with Jill Vroman to deliver this course. Jill and Kerry met several years ago over their love of Ayurveda. They bonded over their common passion and desire to help others thrive. In this 4 month experiential course they simplify the common threads in women’s lives to understand how imbalances show up. Hot flashes, poor sleep, digestive issues, weight gain and feeling crummy are not just part of aging. They are imbalances that can be corrected. This course will give you agency over your health, bonding, growth and an uplifting community.
